Pregnancy Help Center of Rice Lake opened its doors to the community in 2001. This is a place where all our welcome regardless of race, economic status, age, marital status, or gender. Our client advocates and staff are here to meet with you about pregnancy, relationships, parenting options, and more.

Pregnancy and
STI Tests
PHC offers self-administered clinical grade pregnancy tests free of charge. If you think you may be pregnant, set up and appointment with us.
STI tests for chlamydia and gonorrhea are available for men and women, 100% free and confidential.
Limited Obstetrical Ultrasounds
Have you had an ultrasound yet? Sonya's law requires that a woman seeking an abortion must be offered an ultrasound before the abortion is performed.
We offer limited ultrasounds until 16 weeks gestation to verify pregnancy and check viability.
Options Counseling
An unintended pregnancy can be intimidating and overwhelming. We are here to provide you all the information you need to make the best informed decision you can. We are a nonjudgmental, 100% confidential place for you to talk about your next steps.
