Appointments recommended, but we take walk-ins as time allows.
Allow one hour for an appointment.

Directions:
Located in downtown Rice Lake across Main Street from the Library.

From the north: US53 south to Hwy 48 (W Knapp St). Turn left on W Knapp St, go to Main St (stop sign). Turn right on N Main St. PHC will be on the right.
From the south: Take SS north into Rice Lake, PHC will be on the left across from the Library.
